Ferdy Louisy

Mayor of Guava since 2008, member of General Council since 2004, Ferdy Louisy is since 2012 President of National Parks of France ( PNF), public institution which has authority to create some link between the public institutions of the national parks and to strengthen their common culture, to promote them to the national and international levels and to contribute to the quality of their management.
As such, he represented in particular France in Sydney (AUSTRALIA) in 2014 at the world Congress of Parks on the ” Governance for the preservation “. He was also in Cartagena (COLOMBIA) in 2014 at the Conference of the parts of the Agreement of Cartagena to obtain the registration of the problem of seaweeds Gulfweeds in the working program of the signatory States. Ferdy Louisy also belonged in 2012 to Punta Cana (SAINT DOMINGUE) in the Agreement of the parts of the protocol SPAW for the agreement of the countries of the Caribbean and America for the reintroduction of the manatee in Guadeloupe.
