Maud Lelièvre is a council member of the city of Saint-Denis, a municipality in the Paris urban area. As an elected official of the city since 2001, she held several positions as deputy mayor in charge of environment. She is also the secretary general of the association “Ecomayors”
As an ecologist militant she participated several think-tanks. In 2003, she co-founded the association “Respire” / Breathe. She has also been counselor for the Ministry for Environment in 2012-2013 : she was in charge of the relation with the environmental associations.
Her current professional activity is a lawyer. She graduated a Ph.D in Environnement Law and Political Sciences.
